Absolutely FREE! We don't charge for postage and package to anywhere in the World.
When is the dispatch date?
We dispatch all our boxes on the 7th of each month or next working day if the 7th falls on a weekend, so you should receive your box if you are in the UK around the 10th of each month.
When will my box arrive?
If you are a UK subscriber you will get your box around 3 working days after the dispatch date which is around the 7th of each month.
Europe subscribers usually get their around within 5 working days after dispatch.
Our rest of the world subscribers usually get their boxes around 7 working days after dispatch but some may take longer depending on the country.
Do I need to sign for the box each month?
No, we have specifically designed our boxes so they fit through letterboxes so you don't need to be home to receive your scent box. Meaning no more missed deliveries or having to go to the post office to collect your box if you are not home at the time of delivery.
