+ Can I send a Secret Scent Box as a gift to someone?
Yes, simply enter your recipient’s address details (instead of yours) when checking out. Then at the payment information section enter your billing details and we’ll make sure the Secret Scent Box is sent to your recipient. Just remember to cancel your recurring payment after your recipient has received their gift if you do not wish to be billed for a box to be sent to them every month.
+ Can I pick which 3 fragrances I will receive?
Secret Scent Box is a discovery style fragrance box in which we surprise our subscribers each month with 3 carefully picked mystery fragrances. Secret Scent Box is all about the excitement of receiving new and exciting fragrances each month to try out. Each month we include at least one new fragrance in each box.
+ Will I get the same fragrances again in another Box?
We always pick three different fragrances each month so the fun never stops but occasionally we may pick the same fragrance again if it is very popular. However there will always be a minimum of 6-month gap before you may receive a scent from a previous box.
+ What type of brands might I find in my Secret Scent Box?
We include designer brands and celebrity brand fragrances in our boxes. These include brands such as Tom Ford, Dior, Gucci, Prada, Armani, Vera Wang, DKNY, Beyonce, Beckham, Rihanna, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Joop, Davidoff, Paco Rabanne etc.
All our fragrances are 100% authentic fragrances from authorised vendors, or the brands directly. We take this very seriously and can give a 100% guarantee of each fragrances authenticity.
+ What if I don't like any of the fragrances?
We always put a mix of fragrances in each Secret Scent Box to ensure you like at least one if not all of them. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds. If there is a fragrance you are not too keen on they make a great little gift to a friend or family member.
+ How much fragrance will I receive each month?
Each Secret Scent Box contains 3 x 3ml spray bottles. Each spray bottle gives around 35-40 sprays which give a total of around 100-120 sprays in total across the 3 spray bottles, enough to last 30 days using approx. 4 sprays per day.
+ How much is postage and package?
Absolutely Free! We don't charge for postage and package to anywhere in the United Kingdom & Europe. (For Europe delivery please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your box to arrive)
+ Where do you ship to? Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we are only shipping to the UK & Europe, but we plan to ship worldwide soon. (For Europe delivery please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your box to arrive)
+ When will I receive my Secret Scent Box?
We dispatch all our boxes on the 7th of each month or next working day so you should receive your box if you are in the UK around the 10th of each month. All our boxes are posted out 2nd Class and take 2-3 working days to arrive. (For Europe delivery please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your box to arrive)
+ My Secret Scent Box hasn't arrived yet
If your box has not arrived by the 15th working day of the month please email us on email@example.com so we can look into it asap.
If your payment was unsuccessful we would not be able to post your box out to you, you would have received an email notification if there were a failed payment asking you to update your payment details. Therefore it may be a case that this months box was cancelled and we will attempt to take payment next month for the following months box.
+ Will my Secret Scent Box fit through my letterbox?
Yes! we have specifically designed our boxes so they fit through UK letterboxes so you don't need to be home to receive your scent box.
+ How do I update my delivery address?
If you have moved address, simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your new delivery address so we can update our records. Please let us know no later than the 25th of the month otherwise your box will be sent to your old address.
+ Which cards can i make payment with?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, made secure via Stripe.
+ When will I be billed for my recurring monthly subscription?
You will not be charged until the 27th of each month (or every 6 or 12 months on our prepay plans). For example, if you subscribe on the 24th of January, you will not be charged until the 27th of January. If you subscribe on the 28th of January you will not be charged until the 27th of February. Your payment information is secured and encrypted via Stripe. Every month on the 27th, your card you signed up with will be charged for your subscription. (We do not charge your card at the time of signing up, unless you sign up on the 27th of the month)
+ Why was my payment not accepted?
Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address, an expired card or insufficient funds in the account. If this is the case, please use the link you received when you subscribed to update your card details.
Please note: If payment failed on the 27th of the month we will attempt to take payment again on the 30th, then finally 3 days later – if payment is unsuccessful after these attempts, that month's box will be cancelled. Your plan will start again the next month and will exclude any discounts if any applied to the month before. If you don't wish for your plan to restart the next month please email us on email@example.com so we can cancel your plan completely.
+ How can I update my address or payment details?
When you subscribe you will receive an email with a personalised link where you can update your payment information. To update your delivery address you need to email us and we can do that for you, just give us at least 48 hours before your next payment is due, to allow us enough time to update your subscription.
+ What is the refund and returns policy?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of refunds on our monthly plans. We can only offer a refund or return on our 6 or 12 months plans if requested within 14 days of receiving your first box. The box and fragrances must not be used in any way and returned to us as brand new. After this we will not be able to issue a refund, we can set the plan to not auto-renew but you will still receive the months boxes for the remainder of your plan.
+ How do I cancel my subscription?
If you would no longer like to receive your Secret Scent Box, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the email address you signed up with and we will process your cancellation for you. Please ensure you email us at least 48 hours before your next payment is due, to allow us enough time to cancel your subscription. If you are cancelling your 6 or 12 month prepay plan you will still receive the boxes for the remainder of the months you have paid for, after this your plan will not be automatically renewed. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or accept returns.
